This museum was built to showcase science and technology in Japan and around the world. It's split up into 7 different sections. We started out in Space...

The lobby had a small scale model of a rocket and a talking robot that was very popular with the children...
They had some interactive exhibits as well, so we did a 3D rendering of a car's transmission at the "Future Factory."
Eventually we decided to leave the museum to enjoy the amazing weather we've so rarely seen the last few weeks. On our way across the water, we passed a street performance by Japanese belly dancers.
One of the things I wanted to do while we were here was take a trip in one of the many giant ferris wheels. The one in Yokohama is called the CosmoClock 21 and, a little fact, it also happens to be the world's largest clock.
So we headed to the park and bought our 700 yen tickets...
While waiting to get into our car, we passed by a "!Caution" sign. I really enjoy trying to interpret what the pictograms represent...
No paparazzi...Butterflies not allowed...no chicken legs...Really the only one that took me awhile was the blue and red symbol. I've come to the conclusion that flip-flops aren't allowed. Thoughts?
Anyway, we finally got into our little car and started the ascent to the top. I took this picture of Tim about half-way up...

Not. Fun. Evidently suppressed fears come raging back at 369 feet in the air.
Once we got those horrible 15 minutes over with, we took in two other roller coasters and headed for Landmark Tower for dinner. On our way, we ran into this...
