The Storm before the Calm...

We are now in "go" mode for the next two weeks before the holidays and our big trip(s)!  Of course that also means that our house is in shambles.  Our front door has been leaking cold air, our microwave broke last week, and we found out we have to replace the tubing to our washer/dryer and insulate all of our pipes! Not to mention all of the packing and planning that goes into moving abroad for half the year...and all of this needs to be done before Christmas eve!  Can you say overload?!

So we're keeping busy! It's very scary for the both of us to think that soon we will be in a completely foreign country, but at the same time, we're getting very excited.  Our life currently consists of about twenty different lists, all posted on the refrigerator, all needing to be done by the time I leave...

We'll see if that actually happens...
