Pancake Paparazzi

Last week I made some delicious Rocky Road Brownies for Tim to take to work and the recipe called for buttermilk.  Well, what do you do with leftover buttermilk??  MAKE PANCAKES!

But not just any pancakes...Grandma Betty's Buttermilk Pancakes.

Of course, the had to be documented in photo...little did I know Tim was thinking "paparazzi style."

But I got him back.

Once the batter was mixed, I put the pancakes on the griddle.  Tim thought my placement was a little unorganized...

But they sure turned out well!!

Tim tried a variety of toppings...peanut butter & syrup, PB&J, peanut butter and bacon...

But he still thought they were amazing!

And we both cleaned our plates!
